ABOUT JOEL BOWDAN
Joel Bowdan is a registered professional civil engineer in the states of CA and MI with over 30 years of experience in the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure facilities and treatment systems. Mr. Bowdan is a Senior Associate at Hazen and Sawyer in San Diego, CA.
