His goal: Ensuring each and every patient receives the highest quality in care and services.From there he rose into the position of Chief Compliance Officer, implementing and overseeing all compliance requirements throughout the company. His prior experience lent itself to this larger form of seeking integrity. Joel both composed new compliant policies and compiled continuing education packages to elevate Royal Care staff onto new plane of regulation compliance.Now serving as Director of Operations at Royal Care, Joel is instituting positive change to affect thousands of clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
