   Maintain and regularly update all of the College’s sexual misconduct andharassment/discrimination policies to ensure current best practices and compliance withfederal and state laws- In collaboration with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, plan andexecute annual trainings for SGBM panel members. Recruit and retain a robust panel ofcommunity members- Oversee, in partnership with colleagues across campus, the quality and consistency oftraining, education, and outreach programming regarding Title IX including genderbasedinequity for the campus community- Supervise annual trainings related to SGBM policies and procedures for variousdesignated campus communities, including SGBM advisors, Student Affairs staffmembers, faculty members, Campus Safety, staff, etc- Work collaboratively with the Deputy Title IX Coordinators and others across theCollege to ensure informed and consistent communication around policyimplementation- Act as a resource for all members of the Skidmore community with respect to Title IX,harassment and other associated laws and compliance issues- Collaborate with off-campus partners including law enforcement, district attorney, andcounseling resources in providing streamlined services for students/faculty/staff andcreating Memoranda of Understanding with each agency- Meet with (or assign a designee to meet with) sexual assault survivors to provideinformation regarding options for support, accommodations, reporting, and adjudicationboth within and outside of the College- Oversee the formal Title IX complaint process, ensuring that College policies andprocedures are followed in a timely, consistent, and fundamentally fair way
