Experience providing real estate appraisal and consulting services in all major asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land. Primary focus has been on the valuation of income producing properties in Greater Edmonton ranging from small, locally owned centres to large institutional grade assets. Completed valuation assignments on over $12 Billion worth of real estate since 2012 including several of Edmonton’s largest downtown office towers, shopping centres and industrial business parks. Work with a wide a wide variety of government, local, national, and international clientele on assignments to assist with financing, financial reporting, internal decision making, cash-in-lieu for Municipal Reserve, wills/estates, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure proceedings, arbitration, negotiation and other purposes. Entered the real estate industry in 2007 and gained experience in the appraisal of residential and agricultural properties prior to moving to an international commercial real estate firm in December 2011. Hold the AACI, P.App professional appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada as well as a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelors Degree in General Studies (BGS) from Athabasca University.
