Plan and deliver tailored mathematics lessons for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), adapting content to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities- Use differentiated instruction and personalised strategies to support students with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs- Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured learning environment to promote engagement and build student confidence in numeracy- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, using both formal and informal assessments to adjust teaching approaches accordingly- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to support holistic development and academic progress- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and interventions, in line with safeguarding and data protection policies.
