For the majority of the past decade, Joe has been directly involved in a variety of mortgage financing positions all directed at providing his clients with the best mortgage services available in the Austin area. Gaining valuable experiences as a loan originator with a Fortune 500 bank, a top Austin correspondent lender and a regional state bank, he has been able to successfully manage the tumultuous changes in the mortgage industry everyone experienced after the financial collapse of 2008. During his career, he has closed over 850 transactions totaling in excess of $275M. With his ability to handle all aspects of a mortgage transaction, from the first time homebuyer to sophisticated investors, Joe is able to provide a wide spectrum of financing options that work in today’s volatile mortgage climate. These products include conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, HARP, 2nd liens, private mortgage insurance and streamline refinances. Coupled with this, Joe provides his clients with the benefit of aggressive interest rates and low origination costs as well as the ability to have documents signed electronically, thereby expediting the loan application process. Joe has built his business and reputation on one major core principle: Client Service. He believes his clients need to be supported and informed throughout the entire mortgage process. Joe also believes that a rapid response time from the loan application to the loan approval is essential for the client to feel comfortable and confident in making one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
