I have finished two bachelors in Chemistry and Occ. Health and Safety, and a master degree in Organic Chemistry, where I have gained research experience of more than 5 years. I\'m goal oriented researcher with specialty in synthesis, problem solving and project management. Self motivated to resolve issues, and have developed strong multi tasking, observational, communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities to work with a team and individually at any setting. I have great leadership and supervision skills to help, motivate, encourage and professionally communicate with others.Through out my research experience, I became very familiar with using statistics and modeling for scientific data collection and analysis. Also, I have experience in compiling details, preparation of technical documentations, literature search, project management/planning and patent reports for publications.I have good working understanding/experience using and implementing rules and regulations of Ontario Health and Safety Act at a laboratory setting, construction or any other work settings. Also, to ensure that GLP and GMP are implemented for a healthier and more productive working environment.
