Lead project management teams in overall operational responsibility of bond projectsfor various capital improvement projects with an overall value of $200 Million plus forboth the Oceanside and Firebaugh Unified School Districts - Review and monitor project compliance with local and state building code requirements throughout the planning, design, and construction phases for the Programs - Successfully manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in project value from $1 Million to $90 Million each - Successfully deliver construction projects on schedule and within budget - Develop Program Implementation Plan, including overall budget, master program schedule, phasing plan, and quality control/assurance plan - Develop RFPs/RFQs for design professionals, construction management, inspector of record services, materials testing and inspection services, and environmental impact report services - Manage project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project and staffing requirements - Negotiate professional services agreements - Conduct meetings with users and architects to ensure that goals and specs are translated into the design - Coordinate with district leadership and community stakeholders to provide timely information and technical support - Establish procedures for review and approval of submittals and change orders - Develop and maintain procedures manual for all phases of Bond Program - Manage program and project documentation
