IFF Talent was co-founded in 2024 by Rachel Frankland, Javed Bobat, and myself. We are three highly experienced senior finance recruiters. We have combined our decades of experience to create a new era of recruitment, placing purpose at the core of our business.‘Beyond Recruitment’ is our slogan, reflecting our ambitions to raise standards within the recruitment industry and enhance and modernise the recruitment experience. By partnering with our clients and candidates, we seek to add value beyond the transactional recruitment process by building an expert career coaching and mentoring cohort and providing live and up-to-date industry data and talent insights.I have experience recruiting for many major PLC clients, as well as private equity and venture capital backed businesses, through to local OMB’s and SME’s. I have also partnered closely with Big 4, Top 10, national and regional accountancy firms across audit, tax, transaction services and advisory recruitment, as well as the regions leading private equity and corporate finance houses. Typical roles recruited (all typically ranging from £300 per day to £1,500+ per day / permanent from - Finance Director / CFO - Group Financial Controller- Financial Controller - Financial Planning and Analysis, FP & A Director, FP & A Manager, FP & A Analyst- Commercial Finance Manager, including Heads of Commercial Finance and Finance Business Partners- Finance Manager- Group Accountant - Financial Modeller & Financial Modelling Consultant - Tax and Treasury Professionals, including Heads of Tax or Treasury- Director of Shared Services, including Heads of Shared Services (SSC)- Systems Accountant & ERP Implementation Specialists - Change Professionals- Programme Director and Programme Manager I also work closely with NED and Board Directors / Chairs that sit outside finance.
