As the Director of Training and Engagement at Lloyd Jones, I oversee a comprehensive training program for over 700 employees across five divisions, covering community leadership, corporate support, and corporate leadership. I have a proven track record of increasing associate retention while reducing attrition, as well as creating and implementing corporate wellness challenges, retreats, budget camps, education conferences, and regional meetings. I hold the CAM, NALP, and TaCCs certifications from the National Apartment Association, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to the multi-family housing industry.With 30+ years of experience in the multi-family and senior housing sectors, I have managed and overseen new construction, tax credit, value-add, and full renovation communities, as well as developed and delivered custom training programs, new hire orientation, and onboarding experiences. I have also served on local, state, and national boards for the multi-family housing industry, and as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Lexington County, providing a voice for children under the care of the South Carolina Department of Social Services. My mission is to empower, inspire, and engage associates and communities through effective training, communication, and social responsibility.
