Having worked across multiple industries and segments, I find that I’m not tied to an industry as a calling. My calling and my passion is helping HR professionals, whether building tools in Excel to help make things more efficient for professionals, automating reporting through linked data and visualizations in Tableau, and helping leaders manage people better through the use of technology.The fulfillment comes when people get to spend more of their time on what matters… the people. Very few enterprises would succeed without the people who do the work. Whether I am serving people in other HR roles, insurance professionals, medical transcriptionists, experiential marketing campaign managers, data managers and software programmers or hard working manufacturing professionals - I’m a helper- it’s who I am.
