ABOUT JOE PHI HUNG HOANG

I’m an HR professional with 10+ years of experience in recruitment, employee & labor relations, training, and disability management & WorksafeBC(WCB) Claim Management—built across both international and Canadian workplaces. I bring a balanced approach to HR: one rooted in structure, strategy, and empathy.Before moving to Canada, I spent several years working in the education industry in Vietnam, leading HR operations for English training organizations such as ILA Vietnam and EIV International Education.
