After a 26 year career in the Financial Services industry, I am excited to apply my talents within the Banking World. Currently, I am an Experience Owner within Citizens Bank supporting our Marketing organization. I lead a team of diverse developers that are building analytics for our Marketing Partners to help them understand how their multi-channel campaigns are performing.Prior to my Experience Owner role, I was the Squad Leader at Fidelity Investments that managed and supported the Workplace Investing participant level communications. I was involved in process redesign and process improvements projects that leveraged Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. I also have experience in Call Center Operations as a National Call Volume Manager overseeing two (2) inbound call centers.Throughout my career, I have focused on building relationships, solving problems and delivering results that have a positive impact to our customers.
