I am a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Manager with over a decade of experience leading safety-critical engineering programmes across the nuclear, defence, and energy sectors. I specialise in building high-performing technical organisations, embedding safety governance, and shaping regulatory and investment strategies in complex, high-stakes environments.As the Nuclear Team Lead at Holtec Britain, I direct safety case delivery for the SMR-300 small modular reactor, in addition to conducting core design activities. Earlier, as a Royal Navy Nuclear Engineer Officer, I held senior authority for the Vanguard-class submarine fleet and led the UK’s overseas Nuclear Emergency Response Organisation in Gibraltar, delivering strategic outcomes including the first overseas US SSBN berthing and securing £14M UK defence investment.Complementing my defence and nuclear expertise, I bring commercial credibility from industry, having negotiated £200M cost savings and managed £120M+ global supply chains at Honda.
