I spent 11 years at United Airlines, including several years as a pilot interviewer and as a trainer of new interviewers. That experience gave me a clear understanding of what airlines look for and how pilots can present themselves with confidence. I also bring leadership experience from outside aviation, having served as Vice President of Human Resources at a publicly traded company.
