I have an extensive background in designing and implementing tax technology, data, process and operating model improvements for tax departments in US/multinational corporations and leading professional services firms. I’m an experienced leader in tax technology strategy, consulting and operations, with over 20 years of experience in client-facing consulting, internal tax technology department leadership, and tax technology vendor consulting roles. Currently, I’m serving as Andersen’s Tax Technology Operations & Automation Leader, and have been instrumental in forming and expanding the firm’s tax technology practice, building a highly skilled team that performs two roles:(1) Internal - assesses, architects, implements, scales and supports cutting-edge tax technology infrastructure across the U.S. and globally for Andersen’s tax practice; and (2) Client facing tax technology automation/consulting to create an optimal tax operating model/infrastructure that best meets our clients needs as part of delivering Andersen’s compliance services. I have led efforts to design and improve tax processes/workflow and data management to create automation, standardization, improve efficiency and leverage data to improve/expand client service and tax advisory. My strategy focuses on developing a holistic, automated, and US/globally aligned tax environment, enabling seamless connections between tax data sources, processes, and stakeholders. Under my leadership, Andersen has successfully executed tax transformation initiatives across multiple service lines that are considered best-in-class. I have also supported broader digital transformation efforts for the firm including the integration and standardization of systems, data and processes across ERP, CRM, Client Intake/conflicts, DMS, AI and tax technology. Before Andersen, I was an MD in KPMG\'s Tax Technology group, where I led global business development and large-scale tax technology implementations of ONESOURCE and DataFlow as a client facing professional. My tenure at Deloitte and Thomson Reuters further solidified my expertise in tax workflow automation, data management, and process optimization (client facing roles). Recognized as a recent Thomson Reuters ‘Taxologist of the Year’ award recipient, I have exceled in transforming tax functions through automation and optimal tax operating models that are data driven. As an industry thought leader, I frequently speak at US/international conferences and contribute to shaping the future of tax technology through innovative strategies and deep expertise.
