I began my Executive and Board experience as President of TELUS Partner Solutions in and successively progressed to Executive Vice-President TELUS Technology & Operations, Chief Operating Officer with Ledcor Technical Services and President AFL Network Services. I am now a Founding Member of Amperage Infrastructure, delivering Financial, Network and Client Success services to the U.S. Broadband Market. My expertise in driving growth and transforming organizations facing industry change, has deepened my understanding for what it takes to thrive. I’ve managed through explosive growth, acquisition, integration, divestiture, and business transformation. Globally, I have led teams across Canada, USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. I have served on Boards of several private companies and Advisor to others including Blackbridge, Urban Fibre and Siyata Mobile. I have also served as Vice-Chair for Fighting Blindness Canada and participated on several not-for-profit Boards.I have built a personal and professional brand that fuels growth by exceptional business and customer insight, a strong passion for continuous improvement and a focus on building great teams and working with great people.
