Joined the senior leadership team of this private equity owned, HR-Tech SaaS company with locations in North American and India. Global leader of the Corporate IT function, including core IT systems and operations and enterprise applications) and Information Security. Brought on during a tumultuous phase of merging four companies into a single operating entity, merging key system, harmonizing processes, improving service levels, and reducing duplicative expense.Co-led a large cross-functional merging of enterprise systems into a new greenfield instances which had missed both delivery deadlines and budget targets. With relentless and aggressive efforts to control scope, focus resources, align partners, and improve processes, the projected delivery date and costs we pulled back in significantly reducing misses by 80%. Go live was highly successful with no major impacts. Redesigned IT operational processes to support the first merged ISO/SOC audit process for Employ, including introducing automation capabilities removing 20% of the effort from on/off-boarding manual processes with plans to scale this up to 75% within 12 months. Updated the ITSM platform and system to pilot AI capabilities for self-service.Rebuilt the Security, processes, and tooling bringing maturity and a drive to industry standards. Introduced a modern suite of tools to drive on incident management and response, enterprise risk management, and threat detection & prevention tooling. IT Consolidation activities include rationalization, consolidation, and merging of 4 IT environments into a single one leveraged by all of Employ. Addressed SSO, Email/productivity suites, Atlassian solutions, Slack, before moving onto rationalizing over 350 other software applications. Created and led our first AI SteerCo focused on prioritizing AI projects, measuring business value, and expanding use. Solutions delivered included agentic bots for Sales and Support, CX data analysis, and employee GenAI tools.
