O2 Sponsor Finance provides leveraged senior secured cash flow loans to lower middle market manufacturing, distribution and service companies on a national basis. Clients will typically have revenue of $10 million to $100 million and EBITDA of $2 million to $10 million. We primarily work with funded private equity sponsors but also work with mezzanine funds, independent sponsors and family offices. Our typical hold size is $5 million to $25 million per transaction with syndication capabilities up to $60 million. To date we have closed over $375MM in commitments for 18 different platforms.
