About Joe Cochran

In my 25 years of experience, one of the common threads has been a eagerness to learn and be the best at whatever is required. I\'ve held positions in customer service, hospitality, management, media production, finance, data science, business intelligence, and computer programming. This variety of experience has helped me to excel in my most recent positions, where I have been specifically recruited to help provide a wider view than a constrained specialist might. It has also allowed me to provide multiple services to my employers that in the past had required separate employees. My current focus is on data analytics and business intelligence, especially as it relates to retail product loss. This has allowed me to expand my skills in big data analysis, as well as computer programming and automation processes. This has also allowed me to teach classes in these subjects for other analysts, especially in Excel, VBA, and PowerBI. I also have extensive experience in the Audio and Visual Communications fields, including time managing my own media firm, Chromatone Media.
