The combination of my strong manufacturing background, relevant experience, and interest in environmental health and safety offers me the unique opportunity to make a positive contribution as an Environmental, Health and Safety Professional. Throughout my career I have continually developed my competencies, skill set, and knowledge in Environmental, Health and Safety management. I take advantage of opportunities to work hands on, solve problems and drive projects to improve safety, reduce waste, and increase plant efficiency. My approach is to build a proactive versus reactive safety culture while keeping focus on business results. To drive safety performance, I ensure a strong foundation of compliance and awareness, and then build the focus on behaviors and culture, which leads to opportunities to design for safety.
