I am a Strategic IT Operations Executive who integrates security into every area of IT leadership. My expertise covers the breadth of IT experience including information security, operations, M&A, infrastructure / policy / protocol design, DLP, disaster recovery, BCP and complex, large-scale project management for Fortune 500 and privately held corporations in aerospace, aviation, professional services, and retail. As Senior VP of Information Technology at an aviation services company, I oversee in IT operations, information security, data privacy and M&A integrations at over 100 locations globally and support over employees. This includes leading due diligence and integration efforts on multiple mergers and acquisitions, data privacy compliance with CCPA/CPRA, and cloud-based migrations and security projects. While working as Managing Director of IT and Security at an Am Law 200 global law firm, I oversaw all aspects of information security, data privacy and IT operations for 13+ sites and 8 countries in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. I managed multiple data privacy compliance projects and office builds/expansions globally. These projects included compliance with GDPR, Privacy Shield and APEC.While working for a multinational retail corporation, I directed and led network infrastructure operations, data privacy and credit card security at more than 300 retail locations. During this time I also served as the only certified Internal Security Assessor for PCI compliance. I have also directed efforts to manage compliance with information security policies/controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in the aerospace industry.The depth of my background in information security includes direct, hands-on involvement with technical and cyber investigations, policy design, forensic analysis, risk assessments, breach identification / remediation, infrastructure management, cloud security, asset management and expert consulting on all matters related to information security. This includes working with ISO27001 and NIST security management frameworks.My strength in managing relationships ensures that vendors and consultants meet organizational needs efficiently, and cost-effectively. I am able to build rapport and agreement with internal stakeholders to enable rapid site expansion, smooth implementations, and aligned solutions to business requirements.
