With respect to a large portfolio of onshore and offshore wind farm projects, battery energy storage projects and photovoltaic projects: negotiation and management of connection agreements; design to ensure compliance with connection agreements and grid codes for various countries; technical compliance verification. Responsible for mentoring electrical engineers and troubleshooting electrical problems at wind farms operated by RES UK & Ireland.\\\\n\\\\nPreviously responsible for development of RES HV Safety Rules, previously acted as a Senior Authorised Person and as a member of the authorising panel. Also management of grid connections and electrical design in territories now managed by local electrical engineers including France, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other territories where RES development is now discontinued.
