Joe leads Vida Companies, a platform that develops and acquires multifamily, single-family rental (BTR), and mixed-use projects. His expertise in architecture, business, and real estate allows him to navigate complex development challenges and deliver beautiful, innovative, and cost-effective housing solutions.Joe holds a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University, an MBA from Georgia State, and a BA in Architecture from UNC Charlotte.
