I have over 30 years\' experience in capital asset management, delivering multi-cultural capital asset investments into developing countries, specialising in urban resettlement. My role focuses on analysing viability, driving agenda and managing portfolios for individual countries to ensure maximum growth and re-investment opportunities are realised. I have managed more than 34 countries directly, and further supported in excess of 30 more, thus significantly contributing to the scale, turnover and profitability of organisations that I have worked for. My achievements include- 98% project completion rate throughout career to date, with total portfolio value in excess of £200m - Increased turnover from £400K to £14M and expanded into 12 additional countries over a six-year period - Secured £3.7M investment funds guaranteed by Swedish Government for capital investment realisation - Performed lead role in securing and management of over £150M of funds from hard and soft sources; additionally negotiated future pipeline of +£250M - Achieved growth of 285% over two years and sustained growth of 700% over six years - Secured 85% return clients and expanded client base by over 200%- Active board member for several companies; participated in governance leadership for over 20 years I am highly experienced in Portfolio/Project Management, Investment/Fund Raising, Business Development, Executive Management and Leadership.
