ABOUT JOE DAVIS
I am a passionate football coach from Perth, Australia with experience working in youth development, education support and community sport.I hold an AFC B Diploma and have completed several additional coaching and player development courses. My coaching philosophy centres around developing confident, intelligent players who are comfortable in possession, capable of solving problems on the pitch and able to make good decisions under pressure.Alongside coaching I have strong experience working in education as an Education Assistant, supporting students across a range of learning environments including one-to-one support, small group work and mainstream classroom assistance. This experience has helped me develop excellent communication, organisation and safeguarding skills when working with young people.I am a dual UK and Australian citizen and hold passports and manual driving licence\'s for both countries, allowing me to live and work freely in either nation. I am actively seeking opportunities within football environments where I can contribute to player development, support coaching programmes and continue learning within the game.My ambition is to build a long-term career in football by gaining experience in academy environments, grassroots programmes and player development pathways.
