In 2016, I co-founded Front Porch Advisers with the vision of building our community through the development of talented people desiring opportunity. As the Chief Achievement Strategist, I challenge motivated people to turn their good ideas into achievable strategy. Sometimes you just need someone with you to help you see and believe in your potential, facilitate attainable goals, and encourage your success. Over the past 3 years, I\'ve learned a lot about patterns being created by the current integration into the digital age. Understanding the role people play in a technology centered world is more important than ever. So I\'ve taken this opportunity to enhance my skills to better guide others through these new challenges. I now get to take people and businesses to the next level through individual/team coaching, leadership training, facilitated workshops, and motivational speaking.
