I am a developer with a strong background in quality assurance with a sturdy footing in CI/CD and have proven to be a capable leader in full-stack development.I don\'t believe in 10X developers, but I do believe that a high performing team can have tools and processes that make each one of them significantly more productive while continuing to create quality software. As an empathetic team player, I prefer to talk to the stakeholders to see where the pain points are and how the workflows are structured and understand the problem before providing a solution. I enjoy identifying and fixing bottlenecks in a system.
