The Professional Services Council (PSC) is a trade association representing more than 450 companies in the government contracting industry. • Leads all revenue generation activities. Ensures dues and non-dues revenue growth through new member recruitment, continuing member relationship management, and sponsorships development. PSC has increased new member revenue by 100% annually, reduced member attrition from 15% to 9% annually, and grown non-dues revenue 120%. • Leads all stages of the membership lifecycle. Develops new tools and resources to analyze and report on the status of the membership. Drives new product development, customer engagement and process improvements towards the goal of enhancing the member experience. A membership survey conducted in 2022 stated that member satisfaction is at historically high levels. • Leads all marketing activities. Improves the content and distribution across all channels to drive traffic towards revenue generation and market visibility. PSC has increased social media audiences 500%, event registrations 100%, website traffic more than 400%, and new member lead generation 800%. • Leads all alliance development and stakeholder relations. PSC has matured more than dozen different relationships that have provided substantial marketing or consulting value to the organization. • Works with the President and CEO in developing and executing the association’s overall strategy. • Serves as lead staff for the Board of Directors and all Board Committees’ events, communications, engagement, and other special initiatives. • Leads a team of five and mentors six additional professionals.
