Responsible for effective administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of network infrastructure systems is achieved. Perform assigned duties as listed in RACI model(s) under direct supervision from manager. Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks and system enhancements. Duties:•Install and configure systems to support network infrastructure.•Maintain configuration standards and operating procedures.•Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades.•Submit and fulfill service requests.•Respond to incidents and problems.•Perform daily system monitoring including verifying the integrity and availability of network infrastructure.•Conducting after-hours maintenance.•Gather and analyze system log files.•Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis.•Coordinate and collaborate with teammembers and service stakeholders.•Providing first tier support at the administrator level including investigation and troubleshooting.•Perform regular systems hardening to maintain security standards.•Monitor ITSM tickets and prioritize resolution appropriately.•Support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, failover and testing efforts.•Travel to remote office and ATM locations, up to 70% of the time.•On call rotation supporting the production environment 24x7x365.•Other duties to ensure continuous operation of Infrastructure systems.•Cisco Routers•Cisco SwitchesAdmin 1 knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI Model. Admin 1 knowledge of networking protocols (e.g, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, IPSEC, HSRP, 802.11, QoS). Admin 1 knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP and BGP). Admin 1 knowledge of SNMP, log and packet capturing monitoring tools. Admin 1 knowledge of operating systems, servers and storage. Admin 1 knowledge of audit and security best practices (NIST, PCI, ISO).
