The majority of our cases are contract disputes, and personal injury cases.Large, multi-party vehicle accident/personal injury cases have become a greater part of our practice. The reason: high settlement rate, good rapport with all parties and attorneys.We also mediate cases before they get to the courthouse. Before you file suit, bring in a professional mediator to help work out the conflict and save money, time and trouble. We mediate divorce settlements in cases where the people don\'t want to fight it out in court. We can mediate the settlement.
