Develop and operationalize high value strategic partnerships to enable New York State to achieve its market transforming, clean energy, decarbonization, climate change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Inform and educate, drive clean energy investment and program pipeline growth, and create a foundation for improved State and utility collaboration with priority sectors of the market and beyond.• Develop and lead the ongoing implementation of NYSERDA portfolio level Partnership Support Plans• Lead mission critical strategic partnerships including but not limited to: ASHRAE Society, Business Council of New York State, Multiple Intervenors, Manufacturer’s Alliance, and the Hospital Association of New York State• Lead the New York Healthcare Decarbonization and Resiliency Protocol (NYHP) development process on behalf of the NYSERDA Efficiency Planning and Engineering Team• Led the NYSERDA Paid Memberships Request Process and all related activities for the Authority for 3 years• Provided advisory, development, and/ implementation assistance for numerous Public Outreach and Stakeholder Awareness (POSA) Plans and key corporate initiatives including the Cap and Invest (NYCI), NYSERDA Put Energy to Work Website, POSA Strategy development, and the Industrial Impacts Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Strategy• Led development and delivery of cross portfolio education and training for companies and professionals • Led a team of 5 Industrial Program outreach contractors for 2 years and all achieved program participation goals • Co-Led the NYSERDA Return to Work Team and oversaw the development and implementation COVID Safe Building Readiness Guidelines at all NYSERDA facilities
