Joe Benninger has over 26 years of experience in ICI real estate brokerage and consulting in the Southern Ontario market. Joe is a member of the CBRE Southern Ontario Investment Team, focusing exclusively on development land and investment properties. In recent years, the Team has brokered land sales for the development of over multi-residential units, over $300M in retail, office and industrial investment properties, and over $350M in multi-residential investment properties. Joe has extensive experience working with institutional and private investors and developers active throughout Southern Ontario and has completed transactions in Hamilton, Guelph, Waterloo Region, Barrie, Collingwood, Ajax, London, Windsor and surrounding areas. Joe earned the prestigious CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Joe is trained in financial investment analysis, including property valuation and marketing, investment performance, market analysis, decision analysis including evaluating and managing risk, investment financing and investment taxation.
