Trouble shoot issues on equipment, and make decisions on how to repair equipment back to OEM standards. • Manage the Disassembly and Inspection of rotating equipment. Develop repair scopes of work for rotating equipment based off dimensional/visual/NDT data to repair equipment back to OEM specification. • Develop RCF Analysis on all steam turbine, Gimpel/Trip Valve, pump, and compressor repair upon disassembly of equipment, generate RCF reports, and present the RCF findings to the end user reliability team. • Generate ITP (Internal Testing Plans), Internal Critical Repair Hold Points, Custom Inspection forms for As Received vs. Final Rotating equipment data to reduce MTBR (Mean Time Between Repairs) and improve the reliability of equipment.• Accomplished yearly company growth, quality, safety, and profitability goals set forth by CTS ownership. • Manage 40 Employees total. Present KPI (Key performance Indicator) to employees, set goals, and review employees in all departments bi-annually to ensure career growth and build the best team possible to achieve company goals.
