   Develop and manage the production of music programming for the annual festival as well as year-round events and educational initiatives. Cultivate relationships with diverse donors, artists and civic/arts leaders throughout the community. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to market and promote the programs and events.• Created a new and more inclusive vision for the festival with a focus on educating participants on Jewish contributions to music, which contributed to a 40% increase in funding with all events sold-out.• Partnered with several leading American music scholars to plan and produce educational programs that explored the Jewish/Black relationship in American music to facilitate dialogue and promote unity.• Acknowledged within the industry as an expert in American music, invited to speak at many events and venues. Interviewed such musicians/scholars as Jimmy Heath, George Wein, Ben Sidran and Jorma Kaukonen.
