This summer I joined Cornerstone Real Estate as a Huntsville/Madison market analyst. So far I’ve been working directly with investors and clients — whether that means planning out their next real estate investment or helping them find the perfect home.I’ve even built my own financial models in Excel to break down the best investment opportunities in our area. On top of that, I’ve been hands-on with TradeSpace Property Management, helping manage a portfolio of over 100 properties, which has given me valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of property management.It’s been rewarding to see how data-driven analysis and practical, on-the-ground experience come together to serve clients and investors. Looking forward to what the rest of this internship has in store!

ABOUT JOE ALLEN
I grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, and came to Auburn because of the incredible community and the exceptional education. During my time at Auburn so far, I have grown so much personally, and professionally. I have joined multiple organizations including: HCOB Executive Society, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Auburn Finance Society. These organizations have provided me with an abundance of knowledge and have also helped me greatly expand my network. I have found that some of my strengths are persistence, communication, and servant leadership. I believe these qualities can take me far in the work force. After I graduate, I would like to be a part of an investment firm or practice financial analysis. I plan on graduating in the Spring of 2026, and I am excited to be a part of a company!
