I have more than eight years of experience in project and program management, specializing in healthcare program management, healthcare business development, and workflow optimization.I serve as a conduit for communication between project managers and the executives who make the strategic decisions for those projects. I also supervise the team that provides project management support functions and drive process improvements throughout the company. I have successfully delivered on two critical client projects, managing all aspects of schedule, cost, and quality, and implementing innovative methods and client-facing skills. I am passionate about leading, training, coaching, and mentoring project management professionals and enabling them to achieve their goals.
