As a Partner with Cherry Bekaert\'s Deal Advisory practice based in the Firm’s Boston office, Joe specializes in providing financial due diligence services for private equity and strategic buyers. Joe advises on the achievability of business plans and carve-outs of business unit operations. He assists clients throughout all phases of an acquisition, from pre-deal evaluation during an auction through post-deal purchase price adjustment support. His primary area of concentration is providing financial and accounting analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity firms and strategic buyers.With over 15 years of financial due diligence experience, Joe has advised on over 250 buy and sell-side transactions across several industries including industrial technology, waste and environmental services, global packaging, advanced test equipment, automotive and other business services.Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Joe was a Senior Director in a global professional services firm\'s transaction advisory group. He began his career within the audit practice of a Big Four accounting firm and focused on both public and private technology clients.Joe is a motivated leader who has developed several training materials on topics relating to manufacturing, waste and environmental services, and financial due diligence. His unique and innovative expertise in waste and environmental services, coupled with his extensive financial experience, sets him apart in his field.
