   Designed & executed an enterprise-wide Value Creation Plan across a 76-site interior construction business, delivering $25.6M in realized annual savings & $37.7M in projected run-rate savings against a $32M target. Led enterprise transformation across transactional operations (office-based operational execution) & site operations (frontline field & warehouse workforce), driving standardized performance governance across employees & 76 sites. Reconstructed the organizational structure by promoting 6 national departmental heads & removing multi-layer regional sub-management tiers to reduce overhead cost structure while improving execution clarity, span-of-control efficiency, & transformation governance. Launched ILG University as the enterprise learning management system, establishing a nationwide training network supporting 18 national & 76 branch trainers & achieving completed technical & operational training modules.
