I\'ve worked at 8 manufacturing plants in 3 countries where we produced Diaper, Feminine Care, Paper, Food and Beverage products. I was fortunate to have a wide variety of experiences: working in large and small manufacturing facilities, an acquisition and subsequently being acquired, a new greenfield plant in a foreign country, and many major new product initiatives and plant projects. I enjoyed the opportunity to build my engineering, capital management, and project management skills throughout this journey.
