Morris Arena at IU Indianapolis: New 4500-seat arena hosting the Jaguars’ basketball & volleyball teams.Alloy Sunnyside Mixed-Use Development, Denver, CO: 8-story mixed-use multifamily project including retail and live-work units in a Transit Oriented Development district constructed of loadbearing metal studs on concrete podium.Ivy Tech Muncie Campus: Reprogramming & Renovating existing community college, consolidating campus program from 6 buildings down to 3; including a technology school, nursing school, and a culinary arts program.Eskenazi Health Ambulatory Care Building & Sky Farm, Indianapolis, IN: Core/Shell package for the Ambulatory Care Building of a $750 million hospital complex. Project received the 2014 Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce\'s Monumental Award. LEED Gold.Hinkle Fieldhouse at Butler University, Indianapolis, IN: Interior renovation of historic Hinkle Fieldhouse, home of the Butler Bulldogs Basketball team.
