I am a Partner at Ceres Property working within the Development Team, dealing with the brokerage of development sites across the eastern region, providing strategic land advice and consultancy services. I have built up a strong reputation within the development land markets, across the eastern region, having orchestrated the sale of a number of high profile residential and mixed use schemes. I act as a trusted advisor for a range of clients, including private landowners, house builders, housing associations, local authorities and institutions.Whilst primarily focussing on brokerage activities, I have extensive experience with strategic land, advising private landowners and institutions on how best to bring land forward in the short, medium or long term, with or without a development partner. Aside from brokerage and strategic land, I undertake a range of consultancy services to assist clients with every step of the process, from inception through to sale. I am a Member of RICS and obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Real Estate.
