Test and integration manager supporting the FAA’s $5B Voice over IP Communication Enterprise (VoICE) Program. The Program’s goal is to modernize legacy Air Traffic Control communication systems. Support and lead test engineers and integration teams performing the upgrade and replacement of legacy time-division multiplexing (TDM) voice switches with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)-enabled voice switching systems at FAA air traffic control facilities. Interface with and support software development, design, and implementation teams as necessary to accomplish the FAA’s technology refresh goals for small, medium, and large facilities. ED-137 Trained.
