The Senior Project Manager provides effective leadership and management for project delivery. This Position is the primary representative of the firm and is the most visible person to our clients together with directly maintaining effective positive business relationships. Additional duties may include acting as a supervisor to other technical staff with responsibilities such as direct supervision, labor assignments, career development and performance reviews.This position is responsible for developing new business, either by selling additional services to existing clients, pursuing new projects with new and existing clients as well as pursuing new clients, networking with others about sales opportunities, and collaborating with marketing department. It is expected that this Position would generate new business opportunities equivalent to sustain their position and additional support staff.This Position ensures timely and quality performance by the project team while being responsible for all facets of project performance including engineering work, contract management, financial management (billing and project profitability) while effectively utilizing staff resources and delivering client satisfaction.
