I am currently the General Sales Manager at Mastria Subaru. My primary goals are to increase sales volume, gross profit per unit, and customer satisfaction. My primary role in the Sales Department is to train, motivate, and support the sales team as well as provide a fun and energetic atmosphere to the showroom floor. I like getting involved in all of the deals as early as possible and I am comfortable both desking deals and going in to close them. I also collaborate with the dealer principal and other managers to advertise and order/manage our new and used car inventory.
