One Hope Project is a creative collective which writes and records music, produces art and spoken word poetry and encourages young people to be creative, particularly in their own contexts. After founding the collective in 2012 I now sit on the Leadership Team, overseeing a range of projects and events and managing a group of 30 people. I manage the finances, and am currently in the process of setting up OHP as a charity to ensure sustainability and legal and financial accountability.
