ABOUT JOE WATSON
I design digital products that balance complex business needs with simple, intuitive interfaces. My goal is to help users reach their end goal in the best way possible, while adding a little bit of magic along the way.I’ve consistently hit project goals, whether that’s improving traffic and conversions or creating onboarding experiences that score highly with users. I have experience designing end-to-end, from research and wireframes through to prototypes and final UI. I\'m skilled with Figma, prototyping, and no-code tools like Framer, while always improving my front-end skills.My background as a teacher gave me a front-row seat into how people learn and process information. I use that to design with clarity, harnessing mental models to keep users engaged and to reach shared outcomes. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders from different backgrounds and working closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.I value continuous learning and I love connecting with designers, product owners, and teams building products that make a difference.
