I work with internal and external partners across the region and nationally to maximise the benefits of WMCA and TfWM projects by connecting dots and facilitating strategic collaborations via:• Developing and delivering a new Stakeholder Engagement Strategy for HS2 and other transport priorities within the Combined Authority• Facilitating pan-regional collaboration with Mayoral Combined Authorities across the country to improve the delivery of major infrastructure projects• Developing internal systems and tools to improve strategic partnership management, including the development of a CRM system, partnership engagement toolkit, and an impact analysis reporting framework.• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities for the organisation• Initiating contact and building strategic relationships with key partners across the private and public sectors to align priorities and explore shared opportunities• Identifying gaps, potential opportunities, and implement strategies to optimise partnership outcomes
