I am a self taught Activity manager for elderly care services.I have built up a great career drawing upon my experiences from previous roles with in childcare and holiday repping.My activity career started 5 years ago, building up 3 very successful activity programmes in 3 different companies.My biggest achievement is getting this final promotion and being trusted enough to build a team and programme of my own.A big passion of mine is training, I have created and taught courses in various subjects, my speciality is moving and handling & deescalation
