As a Wind Turbine Technician, I perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic component maintenance, repair, and testing, including componentretrofits, upgrades, and preventative maintenance for the DanTysk Wind Farm. I also serve as a Quality Inspector, carrying out walk downs on turbines to ensure comprehensive and quality maintenance and service had been completed. I use my effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team speaking various languages, ensuring language and culture barriers are overcome to get the job done. Some of my specific responsibilities include− Conduct scheduled service in accordance with designated work scopes and schedules.− Ensured compliance with quality control processes and standards to maintain the integrity and accuracy ofservices.− Carry out work safely under all circumstances, complying with safety protocols for working at heights, as wellas confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements.− Delivered Toolbox Talks as Team Leader and followed RA/MS (risk assessments & method statements).
